What’s been the best part of your day? Need a minute to think about it?  That’s the idea!  Rachelle shares a simple exercise that, if it becomes a habit, helps us ‘hunt the good’.  It helps us be more mindful of the wonders around us, decreases depression and anxiety, and, if shared with loved ones – passes on all this good stuff.  It’s a wonderful ‘pay it forward system’. It changes our negativity bias to a more positive one, with many physical and mental health benefits.
