Many of my clients battle with not getting enough sleep.  Some by choice (mum!) and some because they battle to fall asleep, wake in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, or are early wakers (when they are wanting to sleep in).  Whatever your challenge, it really is worth making an effort to get back into a healthy consistent sleep cycle, full of good quality and quantity of sleep.

This month’s video is especially for those that wake during the night and battle to get back to sleep. I find Sarah’s video informative, practical and useful.  I hope you’ll try out her suggested strategies and see what works for you.
