This title caught my eye because I – like most people – am fascinated by sleep.  I’ve always known about the wonderfully good things that happen when you get sleep, and that not getting good rest ‘pulls the rug out from under our feet’ – physically and emotionally.  But I wasn’t quite aware of how bad it is for us if we don’t get our 8hrs.

I hope you enjoy Matt’s talk – he communicates his insights so clearly.  And most importantly, the great news is that we can all take practical steps today to improve our sleep and our health.  Sleep well!
