Who feels guilty disappointing others when you say ‘no’ to their requests? Identifying, communicating and defending your personal boundaries is crucial to lead a meaningful life. Sarri encourages us to listen to our inner compass. And especially in times of extra pressure or challenge we need to: 1. Increase our selfcare. 2. Reach out and build a web of resources and 3. Choose your responsibilities and limit your time during a challenge. Learn to say ‘no’ with kindness and conviction!
